上星期去一个朋友家烧烤，发现烧烤既简单又有乐趣，而且烤牛排和鸡翅挺好吃。所以，今天决定在家尝试学者做。
家里没有烧烤的炉子，所以就要用烤箱做。去Walmart买了5磅牛肉和6磅鸡腿，一瓶BBQ酱，一卷锡纸，还有两袋不同口味的Marinader，具体的牌子是Jack Daniel。做法非常简单，就是把鸡腿和牛肉放进不同的Marinade袋子里泡着，让后放入冰箱。等一个小时之后把肉取出，用锡纸包上。然后放入烤箱中，400华氏度，20分钟就熟透了。再抹上BBQ酱吃。虽然没有真正烧烤的那种脆皮效果，但是这样做不会烧焦，也不用怕烧不熟，味道还行，算是周末的一些乐趣吧。
